Since 2008 · 15+ Large Projects · 200+ TPH M-Sand Plants · Kanchipuram & Thiruvallur
At one stage, our system was what a crusher needed to renew its papers.
We started dust control work in the Chennai region in 2008, for NAPC Limited, and have continued through more than 15 big dust suppression projects since.
Chennai's major crushers are not in the city — they sit near Kanchipuram and Thiruvallur, feeding the construction market. All are above 200 TPH capacity, and they are mainly producing M-Sand and other bluemetals in large quantity. M-Sand is a particularly dusty product because of the fine fraction it generates, which is part of why these plants were among the earliest in the state to take dust suppression seriously.
At one stage our system became a must for stone crusher document renewal in this region — effectively compulsory. A plant could not keep its paperwork current without a dust control installation in place. That is the point at which a dust system stops being an environmental nicety and becomes a licence to operate.
Requirements differ by district and change over time, so any operator should confirm the current position with their own authority. What does not change is what an inspection is looking for: a system that visibly and measurably controls the dust the plant produces.
On plants this large, machine side misting alone is not enough. These projects also cover roads and stock yards, where vehicle movement and wind across the piles produce as much dust as the crushing does. The most recent project in the region was completed in 2026 at Kanchipuram.

This region also produced a referral that opened another state: a construction company in Hyderabad heard of the NAPC work through their Chennai business circle, came to see the installation in the crusher unit itself, and became our first Hyderabad customer in 2012.
In the Chennai and Kanchipuram region it reached that point. At one stage our system became effectively compulsory for stone crusher document renewal locally — a dust control installation was needed as part of keeping the plant's paperwork current. Requirements differ by district and change over time, so confirm the current position with your own authority, but a properly engineered system is what satisfies an inspection.
Yes. The major crushers around Kanchipuram and Thiruvallur are all above 200 TPH and mainly produce M-Sand and other bluemetals in large quantity. M-Sand production is particularly dusty because of the fine fraction involved, which is why these plants were among the first in the region to install dust suppression.
Since 2008, when we started with NAPC Limited. More than 15 large stone crusher dust suppression projects have followed in the region, and the most recent was completed in 2026 at Kanchipuram.
Yes. Alongside machine side dust control, the Chennai and Kanchipuram projects include road and stock yard dust control using high pressure RainGun systems — necessary on plants of this size, where vehicle movement across the site and wind across the stock piles generate as much dust as the crushing itself.
Tell us your TPH, your stock yard area and your road length. We have been building dust systems for 200+ TPH M-Sand plants in this region since 2008.
