The machine does three individual jobs: chaff cutting of green fodder at 3 tons per hour, pulverizing (grinding) at 300 kg per hour, and chipping of agricultural and commercial waste at up to 1 ton (1000 kg) per hour — the chipped waste is used for organic manure production and bio-fuel industries.
It gives zero running cost after installation, which suits areas with frequent power cuts, no grid electricity, or where low production cost is essential for commercial viability. Dairy farmers can process fodder any time of day without depending on the grid or paying for power.
The standard model uses a 5 to 10 HP motor running at 1700 RPM (high speed) and requires a 4800-watt solar panel to run on solar power. Larger and smaller models are also available.
