A completely new spraying technology invented by Thumba in 2017, combining compressed air and high-pressure liquid through a specially designed nozzle to produce an ultra-fine mist with maximum throw length. High-pressure liquid pesticide or fertiliser (in liquid form) is mixed with compressed air and discharged at just 0.8 LPM — producing 5-micron droplets that penetrate deep into the crop canopy with a 5-metre throw length. An excellent alternative sprayer for large farms (5 to 100 acres), delivering quick spraying with up to 60% pesticide saving. Permanent and semi-permanent models are available as custom-made designs for individual farm requirements — a one-time investment with a minimum 15-year workspan.
