Automatic starters with restart after power failure, dry run, overload and voltage protection, timers and GSM mobile control, for motor safety and trouble-free running.
We supply auto starters with 10 safety features for single phase motors used in the residential and agriculture sectors. An auto starter is very necessary to restart the motor after a power failure.
Why single phase is the complicated case
Three phase motors are very easy to restart without special timer circuits and relays. But a single phase submersible bore well motor needs its starting capacitor connected for 3 to 5 seconds to start, and the capacitor must be disconnected within 5 seconds. This is the complication in auto starters for single phase.
We have updated to the latest digital control starter for single phase bore well pumpsets, with an auto starting facility plus dry run, overload, low voltage and high voltage protection, a cyclic timer, a real time timer and GSM mobile control. Whatever your need, we custom design starters for motor safety and trouble-free running.
Facilities given:
No need for manual starting and stopping. The motor starts after a set time delay and stops when the power goes OFF.
When the load goes beyond the standard ampere, the motor is stopped. The limit is set manually from your motor's ampere rating. For example, a 2 HP motor drawing 14 A can be set to 16 A for safety.
It only allows the motor to run while water is available in the bore well, and stops the motor when it runs dry. The dry run ampere can be set.
All submersible motors are designed to run within a particular voltage range (165 V to 250 V). If the voltage goes beyond this limit, our starter automatically stops the motor for winding safety. You can set your own voltage limits.
Some bore wells give very little water and need to run at set time intervals. You set the ON and OFF times based on your bore well yield. For example, 15 minutes ON and 3 hours OFF: the motor runs for 15 minutes, stops for 3 hours, then starts again automatically, cyclically, throughout the day.
An advanced feature. You set the motor running time by the clock, based on your water requirement. For example, if you need 1,000 litres at 6 o'clock in the morning and 1,000 litres at 5 o'clock in the evening, you can set it. The motor runs at your set times only.
Eliminates manual ON and OFF of the bore well submersible pump for any ground level or roof top water tank. It automatically switches the motor ON and OFF to fill the tank. Safety features in this setup include:
Control your single phase or three phase motor from anywhere in the world through your mobile phone network. It is an advanced control facility with all the motor safety features. It needs a separate SIM card or a Wi-Fi network for connectivity. It is quite expensive, so consider it against your need.
We make custom design digital control starters for single phase pumpsets too. Tell us your motor HP, bore well depth and the protections you need.
A three phase motor restarts easily after a power failure without special timer circuits and relays. A single phase submersible bore well motor needs its starting capacitor connected for 3 to 5 seconds to start, and the capacitor must be disconnected within 5 seconds. Our digital control starter handles this automatically.
It is made for single phase submersible bore well pumpsets from 0.5 HP to 3 HP, used in residential and agriculture sectors. We also make custom design starters to your requirement.
The overload limit is set manually based on your motor's ampere rating. For example, a 2 HP motor that draws 14 A can be set to 16 A for safety. If the load goes beyond the set ampere, the starter stops the motor.
Yes. Dry run protection only allows the motor to run while water is available in the bore well, and stops it when the motor runs dry. The dry run ampere can be set.
Yes, with the cyclic timer. You set the ON and OFF times based on your bore well yield. For example, with 15 minutes ON and 3 hours OFF, the motor runs for 15 minutes, stops for 3 hours, and then starts again automatically throughout the day.
Yes. The GSM mobile control facility lets you control a single phase or three phase motor from anywhere in the world through the mobile phone network, with all the motor safety features. It needs a separate SIM card or a Wi-Fi network for connectivity, and it is quite expensive, so consider it against your need.
