Mushroom farming is very popular nowadays. But due to El Niño and other climate changes — particularly a rise in temperature — production is affected seasonally. For better growth, Oyster and Milky mushrooms need 24°C to 28°C, and Button mushrooms need 20°C.

In hill stations and tropical rain forest areas the temperature always stays low — 0°C to 24°C max — so you can grow button mushrooms there naturally. But in plain areas, temperature can go up to 20°C to 42°C across various seasons. Here, mushrooms need 22°C to 28°C room temperature for better growth and yield.


Our Own Concept for Temperature & Humidity Control

As a new concept, we have designed our own system for temperature and humidity control. We combine evaporative air coolers and fine mist setups with fully automatic ON and OFF control — time-based, humidity-based, temperature-based, or a combination of all three. All controlled machines and technology are available with us.

What temperature is ideal for different mushroom varieties?

Oyster and Milky mushrooms grow best between 24°C and 28°C. Button mushrooms need a cooler 20°C. In plain areas where room temperature can swing from 22°C to 28°C across seasons, that range is generally suitable for good growth and yield for most varieties.

How does climate change affect mushroom farming?

What is the difference between E-Coolers and high-pressure fine misting?

E-Coolers are compact single-phase units (90W or 180W) suited for 200 to 500 sq. ft sheds, bringing temperature down from 37°C to 28°C with 25% to 90% humidity control. High-pressure fine misting uses a 2 to 5 HP three-phase pump to atomize water into a 10-micron mist across much larger areas — from 100 sq. ft up to 1 lakh sq. ft — bringing temperature from 37°C to 23°C and humidity to 25–95%.

Can the mushroom farm climate control system be automated?

Yes. We combine evaporative air coolers and fine mist setups with fully automatic ON/OFF control — time-based, humidity-based, temperature-based, or a combination of all three. Manual control is also available if preferred.

What power supply do these systems need?

E-Coolers run on standard single-phase 220V electricity. The high-pressure fine misting system requires a 2 to 5 HP three-phase (3φ) power supply to drive the misting pump.
