It also saves the motor from voltage and ampere based fluctuations. Without it, the motor winding may burn within seconds, which affects the productivity and the peace of mind of farmers and agro industry owners.

With our 25+ years of submersible motor designing experience, we clearly know the problems that affect motor performance and winding life span, and we give solutions to avoid them. These are some of the important facilities we have given our esteemed customers from 2003 to 2026.
In the 25 years before 2000, all starters were Direct On Line (DOL) or manual Star-Delta starters, chosen by motor capacity. They came with thermal overload protectors and solenoid coil type voltage protection only, which gave no accurate safety against fluctuating line voltage. So we introduced complete contactor type DOL and Star Delta starters with ampere based analog overload protection and low voltage protection. But people expected more than this, so we went to the next update.
We introduced automatic ON and OFF starters with low voltage protection and an overload safety setup for our agriculture RainGun projects and bore well submersible pumpsets in 2004. As a milestone, we provided a real time motor starter to Thiru. Rathinasamy, Omalur, Tamil Nadu in 2004 for his permanent RainGun system. It worked six years without any service, and was very helpful to start and stop the system at night.
We are very proud to be the first GSM starter installer in Tamil Nadu, in 2005, on our own farm. At that time BSNL was the only GSM network operator available to us, and the starter worked on a "missed call" ON and OFF method. But we faced many issues, like network signal failure, dry run and single phasing, so GSM failed at that time.
After 2 years we started again with a modified GSM unit, with the help of our friend circle. A successful GSM starter was installed in 2008 at Palani, Tamil Nadu, with dry run, overload, low and high voltage protection and voice assistance. Now the motor gets 85% safety from grid fluctuations, with mobile control.
