They didn't take our word for it. They went to Chennai and looked at the machine.
In 2012 a reputed construction company in Hyderabad contacted us about dust control for their big crushers. They had come to us through their friend and business circle in Chennai.
What matters is what they did next. They knew about our project at NAPC in Chennai, and rather than take a description on trust they went and saw it directly, running in the crusher unit. Then they finalised the order.
The order was for complete machine side dust control for their two units located near Hyderabad. Because these are big units, the project used 40 nozzles — a large layout by any standard.
All 40 nozzles run on one single phase 1 HP motor, and complete dust control was achieved. This is the clearest demonstration we have of the principle behind the whole system: the answer to a bigger plant is more nozzles, not a bigger pump. The suppression comes from mist particle size and placement, so the electricity bill barely moves whatever the plant size.
The customer was very excited with the technology and recommended us to nearby mining industries. More than 5 projects have followed in the region, all of them machine side dust control on crushers around the 200 TPH class.

Hyderabad is one of six regions in our dust control record. See the full overview of both system types, or the Bharatpur project in Rajasthan — two 300 TPH units erected 3,000 km from our works.
On the Hyderabad project, 40 nozzles across two large crusher units are all driven by a single phase 1 HP motor, and complete dust control was achieved. The output comes from nozzle design and water mist technology rather than pumping power, which is what allows one small motor to cover a plant that size — and what keeps the running cost negligible.
Not in our systems. A single 1 HP own-make high pressure motor serves mining industries of any size up to 200 TPH. On the Hyderabad units the answer to larger plant was more nozzles — 40 of them — not a larger pump.
That is exactly how this project started. The Hyderabad customer learned of our work at NAPC in Chennai through their business circle and went to see the system directly in that crusher unit before finalising anything. We are glad to point prospective customers at a working installation near them — after 300+ projects there is usually one within reach.
Yes. Our first Hyderabad project was erected in 2012 and more than 5 projects have followed in the region, all machine side dust control on crushers around the 200 TPH class. Most came by recommendation from the first customer to nearby mining industries.
